Guitarist and singer born in Brooklyn New York and raised in Humacao, Puerto Rico Isaac showed interest for the guitar when he was nine years old. He had his first guitar lessons with his father Luis who introduced him to gospel, rock and blues and bolero. His formal music studies started at Escuela Libre de Música de Humacao.
Isaac’s academic career includes a Bachelors degree in music performance (classical guitar) at Conservatorio de Música de Puerto Rico, Professional studies in jazz performance at University of Houston and a Masters degree in Jazz Studies at University of North Texas. Currently Isaac is in his last semester at University of Stony Brook in the Doctor in Musical Arts (classical guitar) program where he studies with legendary guitarist/lutenist Jerry Willard.
As an educator Isaac has taught at University of North Texas’s community music program, Interamerican University of Puerto Rico’s popular music program, Conservatorio de Música de Puerto Rico’s Jazz and Caribbean Music program and a jazz guitar lecture series at University of Stony Brook (State University of New York). Isaac has also taught master classes at Columbia College in Chicago Illinois, Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and the Conservatorio de Música de Puerto Rico and several other institutions. His experience as an educator has also taken him to teach in the public education system in Houston Texas, music academies and churches.
Isaac has performed in master classes for artists like Pepe Romero, Carlos Barbosa- Lima, Mark White, Oscar Stagnaro, Dale Stuckenbruck and Andrew York. He has performed with artists like Eddie Gomez, Luis “Perico” Ortiz, Rick Latham, Chris Carrington, Paoli Mejias and with prestigious jazz educators like Angel David Mattos, Marco Pignataro and Gordon Vernick. Isaac studied privately with guitarists Luis Enrique Juliá, Benjamín Verdery, Fred Hamilton, Thomas Johnson, Mike Wheeler, Terry Hankins, Richard Mclure, David Leisner.
Currently Isaac has released his first solo album “Returning to the Path”, a collection of jazz pieces and songs with a Christian based message. The album shows musical influences ranging from modern jazz, impressionism, latin and modern rock. The musician is also a member of the jazz/fusion quartet Proyecto EVIF which released a self titled record last year. This recording presents a collage of pieces written and arranged by the members of the band. The rest of the band made of brilliant musicians and educators is: Jorge Vizzcarrondo on sax and electronics, Samuel Morales on bass and Freddie Burgos on drum set and electronics. Proyecto EVIF can also be heard on the “Returning to the Path” record.
German Bense nasceu em Montevideu, Uruguai, em 1963 e começou os seus estudos de piano e teoria em 1977 (até 1979 no Instituto Kölischer)..
Começa a tocar e estudar violão e harmonia em 1979 à idade de 15 anos. Começa a tocar jazz. O seu professor faz-lhe chamar a sua atenção pro jazz e esta música capturou-lhe cedo, basicamente pela sua riqueza harmonica. Transforma-se cedo em um "alquimista dos acordes" como o seu mestre.
German Bense interessa-se na bossa nova devido a que Juan Lamas, era um grande mestre de bossa nova. Lamas tinha percorrido o mundo tocando bossa nova em anos em que esta forma de música não era mais ainda que uma curiosidade interessante. Ele foi o responsável de que Bense pegara por este caminho, ensinando-lhe a apreciar o balanço do seu ritmo e a alquimia da sua harmonia.
Em 1980 se tocava muita bossa nova no Uruguai. Sindo German aina menor de idade, ele entrava secretamente em bares para ouvir da música ao vivo (frequentemente descobriam-lo e hechaban ele para à rua). Durante estes anos o seu professor era um dos músicos mais importantes da noite montevideana e Bense, que queria ser músico profissional como Lamas, ia ver os shows do seu professor para aprender tanto como fosse possível. O ensino não terminava nas classes...
Durante o seu período como amateur (1979-1981) German Bense tocou em vários grupos, sindo as suas participações mais importantes em 1979 (quando ganha o concurso da TV uruguaia "Estudiantina" tocando violão num grupo de bossa nova) e em 1981 como membro do grupo de dixieland "Luisiana Jazz Band".
Em 1981 de German Bense começa a sua carreira como músico profissional como baxista e violonista tocando em diferentes bares de Montevideu. Durante este mesmo ano compõe as suas primeiras canções.
Em 1984 obtem o prémio "Revelación" no "Festival de la Paz" (Música Popular uruguaia) e começa uma actividade ininterrupida tocando em diferentes bares de Montevideu (até a 1995).
Em 1985 começa a participar como baxista, violonista e cantor no legendário bar de bossa nova "Clave de Fu". Um ano apos participa como baxista e arranjista da banda de Mario "Chichito" Cabral, mítico percusionista uruguaio de candombe (música afro-uruguaya). Finalmente, entre 1992 e 1995 comparte com a cantora Liese Lange um duo de bossa nova, recordado ainda hoje como um clássico da noite montevideana.
O 18 de Outubro de 1987 na "Casa Cultural Uruguay a Suecia", German Bense e Jorge Alastra compartilhma o seu primeiro recital em "Otro tiempo, otra altura". E será este recital o início de um trabalho em conjunto que deixaria após um CD, "Después de todo" (Perro Andaluz Records, 1989). Um ano depois do trabalho com Alastra, German Bense grava e publica o seu segundo CD, esta vez com a sua banda, intitulado "Quimera" (Perro Andaluz Records, 1990).
Os dias 8, 15 e 22 de Agosto de 1991 são feitos três recitales que embora a história esqueça, marcam um ponto de inflexão no referente a tuda uma geração de artistas. No ciclo recitales "German Bense invita", feito na sala "El Tinglado" de Montevideu, Bense convida a jovens figuras da cena musical uruguaia, dos quais depois falaria-se muito. Bense compartilha nestas datas a cena com Jorge Alastra, Claudio e Rossana Taddei e Liese Lange, que passariam a ser depois figuras famosas na cena local, bem como com Jorge Drexler, cuja reputação à nível latinoamericano seria mais tarde notável, obtendo duas nomeações ao "Grammy latino" (2002 e 2005), e obtendo o prémio "Oscar" em Fevereiro o 2005. E alem do mesmo German Bense, que mais de uma década depois ficaria à cabeça dos charts de bossa nova e jazz em diferentes sites de Internet a nível mundial.
Durante 14 anos inteiros German Bense percorreu a noite interpretando “standars” de bossa nova, até Junho de 1995, quando por motivos pessoais decidiu se aposentar da atividade profissional.
Mais esta aposentadoria, aparentemente definitiva, deu uma volta inesperada. Surpresivamente, em agosto do ano 2000, German Bense apresenta seu site de Internet em mp3.com. Este fato significa seu retorno à atividade profissional, após de cinco anos de ausência.
Desde agosto do ano 2000, muitas coisas mudaram para German Bense. O sucesso de audiença em seu site de "mp3.com" , alenta ele para escriver novas canções de bossa nova e gravar um novo album, "Opus Bossa Nova", que é publicado em mp3.com em outubro do ano 2001, e que obtem uma grande aceitação. O importante de este trabalho e que neste caso, Bense não se limita somente a cena local, mais bem, dirigie este CD aos amantes da música brasileira de todas as latitudes, reafirmando alem disso, sua clara intenção de centrar na bossa nova o eixo da sua obra.. Durante o 2002, German Bense retorna aos cenarios e ao fim desse ano edita seu segundo CD em "mp3.com", "Desafinados como Eu".
No ano 2004, a canção "Desafinados como Eu", precisamente, é incluída na banda musical do film "Falling , do produtor e diretor independente de Nova Iorque, Clayton Allis.
Em junho do 2005 publica seu novo CD "Love song in vain" (Perro Andaluz Records).

En dizembre desse ano, German Bense estreia o seu canal de TV pela Internet “BOSSA NOVA LIVE” fazendo o primeiro show oficial o dia 19 de dizembro. As transmiçoes dos seus shows ainda continuam, preferentemente nas sextas feiras na noite.

The unique Brazilian singer and lyricist Kátia Moraes began her career in Rio de Janeiro in the 80's with her energetic band "O Espírito da Coisa" . Since then she has performed and/or recorded with top Brazilian acts like Sérgio Mendes, Airto Moreira, Oscar Castro-Neves, Rita Lee, Sandy and Junior, Banda Cheiro de Amor, and also with George Duke, Latin Grammy nominee Alex Acuña and Justo Almario's Tolú, Grammy nominee "Latin Project", and Chill artist Praful, saxaphonist from Netherlands. After moving to Los Angeles in 1990, she started lending her voice to films and television for dubbing and "Voice-overs" while performing with The Rio Thing, Midnight Drums, 22-piece Orchestra Feijoada Completa, Sol & Mar, Viver Brasil Dance Company, Folk Ballet of Brasil, Badauê, Man and Machine, and many more. In 1996, she released her first CD "TEN FEET AND THE SUN" in the U.S. with Brasil Nuts band. In 1999 she released "GINGA" with Sambaguru, and in 2003 "LIVE" by Kufala Records. Her 4th CD with Sambaguru is called "NAVEGAR AO SOL" by Moondo Records. In 2009 Sambaguru will be releasing "Tribo"
In 1998, Kátia started putting out a monthly newsletter, Brazilian Heart, to challenge her as a writer and "communicator". Brazilian Heart explores issues of culture, art and music following her personal whims and passions. She also writes for Soul Brasil magazine and Brazil Today newspaper.
Kátia is currently performing with the Sambaguru band and with Pure Samba band. Pure Samba won the L.A. Treasure Award, granted in part, by the California Traditional Music Society, a facility of the City of Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Dept. and The California Traditional Music Society.
In 2008 Kátia was nominated for Destaque Singer in the U.S. by International Brazilian Press Award. In 2007 Kátia Moraes and Bill Brendle won 3rd place in the World Music category at the International Songwriting Competition with their composition "Tribo Gandhista." In 2005 Kátia was nominated in the Best Latin Artist category by the New Times Newspaper Music Awards. Sambaguru featuring Kátia Moraes was selected to be on The California Arts Council Touring Roster 2002-2003. In 1998 they had their composition "Não Vá" chosen as a finalist in the World Music category of the John Lennon's Songwriting Contest.
Sambaguru featuring Kátia Moraes is featured on the musical score for the film "Woman on Top", a Fox Searchlight Picture released in September 2000. In 2001 and 2002 the group was nominated in the best World Music category for the New Times Newspaper Music Awards.

Começo de profissionalização musical em bares e pequenas casas noturnas. * Residência na França. Vida a bordo de um veleiro por vários anos; viagens à vela no mesmo ao Brasil, África, Europa Mediterrânica. * Em 1995, decisão de sedentarizar-se para se dedicar exclusivamente à música profissional.
ROOTS
Bia was born in Brazil. During the years of the military dictatorship, her parents were forced into exile. They moved to Chile, then Peru and finally Portugal. She was 12 when the family went back to their homeland after the Amnisty Law.
For a few years she was just a kid going to school and listening to music, brazilian music but also latin-american or anglo-saxon pop music, singing and playing guitar to her friends. Then she enters the University (Journalism) and disappointment comes : the scholar world seems too narrow for someone who’s been travelling since age 3. She chooses to take a break and go Europe for a year. It finally became years.
MUSIC
biaBia spends a few years sailing around the Atlantic and Mediterranean, learning more about nature, literature, languages, music and politics than she would in any school. In 1995, she decides she won’t be anything else but a musician, and starts going professional. She is living in France and so she sings in French as well as in her mother tongue, Portuguese, or Spanish that she had learned as a child.
In 1996, French author and producer Pierre Barouh offers her a first opportunity to record, after listening to her demo : This first album is called « La Mémoire du Vent », and earns an important prize, the « Grand Prix de l’Académie Charles Cros ». She signs translations in French of some of the songs of the great brazilian songwriter Chico Buarque, who warmly and publicly encourages her.
In 1998 she sings the soundtrack of a Claude Lelouch picture, goes touring in Japan, Italy and Canada, besides France where she starts to be quite well-known.
She releases her second album, « Sources », in 2000. Partly recorded in Rio de Janeiro, this album shows the maturity she is gaining as a songwriter, as well as her need to return to her country’s sources of inspiration. She also pays a tribute to the Beatles, which she has always loved, by covering « Golden Slumbers ».
Her exposure in Quebec, Canada, is getting wider and wider. She makes more than a hundred concerts, radio and TV shows, and the press and public support her.

bia - carminIn 2003, Bia releases her third album, « Carmin ». Most of the songs are hers, but she still pays hommages to her favourite songwriters such as brazilian Chico Buarque, italian Gianmaria Testa or french Henri Salvador. And she brings into light a wonderful Inca mantra, « Inti », a pre-colombian hymn to the sun played in a drum & bass unexpected and beautiful arrangement.
Partly recorded in Paris, partly in Montreal, where she spends much of her time, this new record is sensuous, graceful, creative and irresistible.
Bia goes on singing in several latin languages, creating tasty mixes between bossa-nova or samba rithms and french language, pop flavours sang in south-american way, and some very brazilian or afro-brazilian songs.
Carmin has been produced by Robson Galdino, a carioca (from Rio) guitar player and studio wiz living in Paris, and Erik West Millette, a bass, guitar and slides player from Montreal. Together they have managed to express all the richness and fertility of Bia’s musical universe, in a modern and accoustic way that shows maturity and profoundness as well as playfulness.
After her remarquable concert for the International Jazz Festival of Montreal in July 2003, Bia and her group go back to Europe for concerts in Italy and France, before returning for a new tour in Québec.
One of Carmin's songs, "Mariana", becomes a favorite and Putumayo includes it in one of their collections, "Brazilian Lounge".
In 2005, Bia releases a new album, called “Coeur Vagabond” , Vagabond Heart. Produced by Robson Galdino, this album is meant as a crossover between brazilian and french culture. Bia dives into the songbooks of both and comes up with a selection of songs that she transforms by changing their language, turning french lyrics into portuguese and vice versa. One original song, Bilingue, closes the album as a tribute to the marriage of languages, recorded in Paris with some of the finest brazilian and french musicians.
The result is irresistible and earns nominations (Canadian Juno Awards 2007) and prizes (Quebec's FELIX 2006), along with acknowledgment from French stars such as Henri Salvador and Laurent Voulzy, whom she both covers on her album.
The Coeur Vagabond tour makes its way throughout Canada, France, Italy, Brazil, as usual, but also Germany, Moldavia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Belgium and Turkey.
Bia also works on the translation and recording of a Brazilian children's musical tale, called Le Géant De La Forêt, released in october 2007.
During the year 2007, in between shows, she works on her new original songs album, called Nocturno (Nightly).
Producer and long time partner-in-music Erik West Millette (www.myspace.com/erikwestrainz) conducts the train, and finally after a year's work the new recording is ready.

Se ha presentado en importantes escenarios de España, Italia, Inglaterra, Alemania, Marruecos, Argentina, Brasil, Uruguay.
Ha compartido escenarios y festivales con figuras como Earth,Wind and Fire; Manhattan Transfer;Toquinho; Enrique Morente; León Gieco; Rodolfo Mederos; Cacho Tirao; Luis Salinas; Horacio Ferrer; Estrella Morente; Eladia Blázquez; Omar Sosa y otros. Ha tocado en jam sessions con músicos como Mike Stern, Dave Frank (U.S.A.), Lucio Nascimento, Renato Alvim(Brasil), Adrián Iaies, Pollo Raffo, Juan Cruz de Urquiza, Willy González, Guillermo Arrom, Ernesto Dmitruk. Como compositor ha recibido los premios ''HUGO DEL CARRIL 1998'', ''HUGO DEL CARRIL 1999'' (otorgados por el Gobierno de la Ciudad d Buenos Aires) y ''TROFEO GANADOR'' en el XXI Festival de la Canción Latinoamericana de California (U.S.A.-2001). Sus temas de jazz ''LA STRADA'', ''A LA MISMA HORA'', ''EL DICTAMEN'' y sus tangos ''POR SIEMPRE TANGO'' y ''LA MEMORIA DE MI GENTE'' han sido cortina musical de distintos programas de radio. Sus tangos son material de estudio en la Universidad del Tango de Buenos Aires. Fue profesor en la Escuela de Música de Buenos Aires (EMBA,1993-1998) y en el Instituto Tecnológico de Música Contemporánea (ITMC,1999-2000).
En 1997 es contratado por el CIGAM(Río de Janeiro-Brasil) para brindar un workshop de improvisación. Creó y dirigió el Taller de Guitarra Tango del Conservatorio Provincial de Morón (Buenos Aires,1999-2002). Dirigió el Departamento de Música de ''EL ALMADÉN'' (Madrid,2002-2003). Fue profesor de guitarra,improvisación y combo en ''TALLER DE MÚSICOS'' (Madrid,2003-2005). Ha realizado la dirección musical de los espectáculos ''CONTANDO TANGOS'', ''100 AÑOS DE BORGES'', ''FUEYE (Historia por bandoneón)'', ''AL SUR DE TODO EL CIELO'', ''TANGO XXI:BUENOS AIRES HA VUELTO''. En el 2003 es convocado para tocar en el estreno en España de la Ópera ''MARÍA DE BUENOS AIRES'' de ASTOR PIAZZOLLA en el PALAU DE LA MÚSICA DE VALENCIA. Desde ese mismo año es guitarrista de AFRO TANGO con el que realiza 3 giras a Italia y una a Alemania. Fue guitarrista y arreglador del espectáculo ''ARRABALEANDO''.
Desde el 2006 es guitarrista de MALEVAJE (tango) con el que recorre toda España y graba ''NO ME QUIERAS TANTO(QUIÉREME MEJOR)'',el 12º trabajo discográfico del grupo y el videoclip del mismo nombre. Es integrante de la banda del bajista africano APOLO BASS(fusión africana) con el que realiza varias giras y actúa en radio y televisión y graba en la reedición de su CD ''A TOI MAMAN''. Toca y dirige el espectáculo ''GARDELIANA'' de la cantante PATRICIA FERRO OLMEDO (tango). Se presenta de manera continua en dúo junto al saxofonista WALTER LUSARRETA(jazz). Durante el 2007 coordina el grupo de jazz del Hotel Ritz de Madrid.Toca en el espectáculo''TANGO,LUNA Y MISTERIO''.Es guitarrista del espectáculo ''TANGO DE LOS PIES AL CORAZÓN''. Acompaña al cantante y compositor brasileño PEDRO MORENO. Colabora con la cantante brasileña LENNA PABLO Y SOULBRASIL. Participa como guitarrista, compositor y arreglador en el CD ''MILAGROS DE MESTIZAJE'' de PATRICIA FERRRO OLMEDO. Colabora como guitarrista en el CD de ANDREA LAHORA ''FALTAN PALABRAS''. Integra actualmente el grupo de la cantautora MARIANA DÍAZ. Dirige el SACRI DELFINO TRÍO con el que se presenta en festivales de jazz y TV y prepara la edición de su CD "JAIRANÍA".
En el ámbito pedagógico es responsable del Área de Fusión de la Escuela de Música Moderna 21st CENTURY MUSIC e imparte las cátedras de Improvisación y Armonía de Jazz en el Curso Profesional de dicha institución.
ENGLISH-He was born in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and lives in Madrid (Spain) from October 2002. He participated in different projects: the Big Band of the School “Ward Jazz Cousteau”, “Damas sin cargo”, “El Triunvirato”, “El Monitor” and “El Dúo”. He studied guitar and improvisation with Pino Marrone and Francisco Rivero and Harmony, Composition and Arrangement with Juan Carlos Cirigliano, Rodolfo Mederos and Pollo Raffo. In 1995 it creates the first formation of SACRI DELFINO TRIO with which one appears in radio and TV and it publishes his LP “En Vivo” receiving the praises of the jazz master Walter Thiers and a mention in his book '' JAZZ CRIOLLO ''.
In 1996 he formed “El BERRETÍN Tango” with which he records and produces the cds '' El BERRETÍN TANGO '' (chosen between 100 of the most recommendable records of the history of the tango), '' PLEGARIA A MI CIUDAD '' and '' GENERACION TANGO '', work by which is named member of the Hall of Fame of Young people of the National Academy of the Tango of Argentina. He has appeared in important scenes of Spain, Italy, England, Germany, Morocco, Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay. He played in festivales with figures like Earth Wind and Fire;Manhattan Transfer; Toquinho; Enrique Morente; Leon Gieco; Rodolfo Mederos;Cacho Tirao; Luis Salinas; Horacio Ferrer;Estrella Morente; Eladia Blázquez; Omar Sosa and others. He has also played in jam sessions with musicians like Mike Stern, Dave Frank (U.S.A.), Lucio Nascimento, Renato Alvim (Brazil), Adrián Iaies,Pollo Raffo, Juan Cruz de Urquiza, Willy González, Guillermo Arrom, Ernesto Dmitruk. As a composer he has received the prizes '' HUGO DEL CARRIL 1998 '', '' HUGO DEL CARRIL 1999 '' (granted by the Buenos Aires Government) and '' WINNING TROPHY '' in the XXI Festival of the Latin American Song of California (U.S.A. - 2001). Their jazz songs '' LA STRADA '', '' A LA MISMA HORA '', '' EL DICTAMEN '' and his tangos '' POR SIEMPRE TANGO '' and '' LA MEMORIA DE MI GENTE '' have been selected as a sound track of different radio programs. Their tangos are material of study in the University of the Tango in Buenos Aires. He was teacher in the School of Music of Buenos Aires (EMBA, 1993-1998) and in the Technological Institute of Contemporary Music (ITMC, 1999-2000).
In 1997 he is contracted by the CIGAM (Río de Janeiro-Brazil) to arrange a workshop of jazz improvisation. In 2003 he played in the opening at Spain of the Opera “MARIA DE BUENOS AIRES” Written by ASTOR PIAZZOLLA at the PALAU of the MUSIC OF VALENCIA. From that same year he is the guitarist of AFRO TANGO with which he maked 3 tours in Italy and one in Germany. He played as a guitarist and arranger of the show: ''ARRABALEANDO ''.
From 2006 he is the main guitarist of the tango group “MALEVAJE”, making a great tour around Spain and recorded ''NO ME QUIERAS TANTO(QUIÉREME MEJOR)'',their 12º record of the group. He is a part of the band of the African bass player APOLO BASS (African fusion) and play in several tours and also in TV and radio programs. He manages and plays the guitar and make the musical arrangement in the show'' GARDELIANA '' with the singer PATRICIA FERRO OLMEDO (tango). He also plays as a duo with the sax player WALTER LUSARRETA appears. He coordinates the group of jazz of the Ritz Hotel of Madrid. He plays at the show ‘’TANGO,LUNA Y MISTERIO’’. Marietti Fialho gaúcha e porto alegrense, bisneta de escravos africavizados e de portugueses, que herdou o gosto e o talento para a música dos país, Gerci Pacheco Fialho E Caitano Fialho Netto. essa voz da marietti começou a ser ouvida há quase 20 anos, como integrante de uma das bandas pioneiras – e até hoje uma das maiores referências – do reggae feito no rio grande do sul, a motivos óbvios. Ela começou como backing vocal, em 1990, e logo em seguida conquistou o posto de vocalista principal, que ocupou durante dez anos, até 2000, com muita presença de palco, muita atitude e empatia com o público.
Ganhadora Do Prêmio Açorianos De Música, na categoria melhor intérprete de pop rock, naquele ano mesmo, Marietti iniciou um novo trabalho, reunindo uma considerável bagagem desses anos todos como intérprete. muito além do reggae, Marietti empresta sua voz para outros gêneros musicais, sempre com segurança e conhecimento. ainda integrante da Motivos Óbvios, Marietti cantou blues como vocalista da Terraplane Blues. Cantou rap com piá e a banda da guedes, referências do hip hop local, e foi ainda backing vocal para Gilson e banda ponto g (atual limusine negra), no cd banda partido de primeira. com a banda motivos óbvios, marietti participou das coletâneas porto reggae e tri-legal do reggae. Também participou dos cds rádio comunitária legal e reggae às pampas, zona norte primeiro passo e baladas do bom fim (um tributo a Nei Lisboa), como uma interpretação elogiada do clássico “telhados de paris”. Esteve também na trilha sonora e figuração do filme neto perde sua alma. nesse novo trabalho, Marietti fez shows em teatros e várias casas noturnas de porto alegre.
Em 2004 participou pelo projeto sempre as terças, na unisinos, no teatro padre werner, que foi gravado pela TVE/RS e TV Unisinos, para o programa Palcos da Vida, no Instituto Odomodê, Assembléia Legislativa (Sarau No Solar), na cidade Camaquã, No Dia Nacional Da Consciência Negra, em 2005. em 2006 fez show na cidade de Osório, pelo Simpósio De Cultural Negra. Ministrou também oficina de técnicas vocais Na Escola João Satte – pelo projeto escola aberta, de outubro de 2005 a outubro de 2006. essa voz da Marietti já ultrapassou as fronteiras do rio grande do sul e foi ouvida no Rio De Janeiro, Uruguai, Argentina, Paris, Santa Catarina, Paraná, Minas Gerais, São Paulo e em todo interior do Rio Grande Do Sul. essa bagagem toda coloca a Marietti em eventos de grande significado artístico, cultural e político. ela apresentou o primeiro e quinto Fórum Social Mundial/Poa e cantou no primeiro, segundo e terceiro.
Foi jurada do prêmio açorianos de música de 2002 e da nona edição do festival de porto alegre. as musicas que marietti canta recebem em seus arranjos um brilho especial, com fortes influências do jazz, do samba, do reggae, do funk e da bossa nova. É MÚSICA PRETA BRASILEIRA.
